RETURNS

Change of mind or incorrect purchases are not accepted as refunds, however we will happily provide a store credit for the same value to be used on another item.

Items returned due to a manufacturing fault will be either repaired, replaced or given a store credit. This is at the discretion of Sting Ops Tactical.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging and un-used.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.

 

Any items returned to us claiming to be faulty but found to be in fully functional working order will incur a fee to cover return postage.

Any blaster found to be physically damaged by user neglect, either internally or externally, upgraded or modified, opened or attempted to be opened, used apart from the manufacturer specifications or intended use including the use of BB’s, metal or plastic or otherwise will void the item’s eligibility for return. Do not upgrade any part of your toy gel blaster as this will void the warranty. Upgrades refer to pulling any of the blaster apart or opening it up, changing springs or upgrading the battery from 7.4v to an 11.v battery. 

We will notify you once we have received your returned item and update you on the status after inspecting the item.

We do however reserve the right to repair the item instead of replacement if the item is in a condition to be repaired.

 

 

WARRANTY

Here at Sting Ops Tactical we pride ourselves on customer service and a reasonable outcome for our customers. Our warranty policy is based on what is reasonable in the gel blaster industry and for our customers.

All blasters purchased through Sting Ops Tactical will include a 30 day limited warranty to cover manufacturing faults. All blasters are tested pre-purchase by the manufacturer. Do not upgrade any part of your toy gel blaster as this will void the warranty. Upgrades refer to pulling any of the blaster apart or opening it up, changing springs or upgrading the battery from 7.4v to an 11.v battery. 

Faulty products must be sent back with receipt or proof of purchase and a written description of the fault. Any blaster found to be physically damaged by user neglect, either internally or externally, upgraded or modified, opened or attempted to be opened, used apart from the manufacturer specifications or intended use included, but not limited to, the use of BB’s, metal or plastic or otherwise will void warranty.

Any items returned to us claiming to be faulty but found to be in fully functional working order will incur a fee to cover return postage. Items found to be faulty under the warranty will be either repaired or replaced at no extra cost.

Please be advised that due to the nature of the product, regular and extended use of a gel blaster will cause wear on internal components and will require maintenance. If your blaster is not covered under the 30 day warranty but you would like a repair or service please contact us at sales@stingopstactical.com.au

Our warranty policy is based on what is reasonable and exceeding 30 days, warranty claims will be assessed on a case by case basis to determine if it is reasonable to fix or replace a fault.
